DreamShift Privacy Policy

DreamShift is a job marketplace for job seekers and employers. This policy explains the information the app handles and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication identifier, selected role, and optional phone number. Job seekers may provide a location, biography, skills, work experience, job preferences, resume, saved jobs, and application information. Employers may provide company details, hiring preferences, job posts, and applicant-management activity.

We also collect limited app activity, device identifiers, diagnostic information, and crash data through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics so we can operate, secure, and improve DreamShift.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate profiles and job listings, match people with opportunities, process applications, help employers manage hiring, remember preferences, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve the service.

Sharing and service providers

Profile and application information is shown to the relevant job seeker or employer as needed to provide the service. We use Google Firebase for authentication, database storage, file storage, analytics, and crash reporting. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion from the app’s Settings page or through our account deletion page. Data we are legally required to retain may be kept for the required period.

Security and your choices

Data is encrypted in transit. You can edit profile information, control available notification preferences, sign out, and request account deletion. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

DreamShift is intended for people aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.
